Our company is known for designing dairies in a variety of climates throughout the world.  We have extensive experience in dairy management and this experience produces dairy designs that are operationally superior.  We provide fully engineered plan sets that are comprehensive and easy to build from.  

In case you haven't noticed, "consulting" really doesn't work in the dairy business.  Have you ever paid a consultant for good advice and then watched as he or she got back on a plane and flew home, leaving you with the implementation of his or her ideas?

At The Dairymen of California we want to learn how you want your dairy managed.  We want to design your dairy for you specifically.  We want to be on site during construction and we want to be there to help you with the technologies and employee training after you start milking.  We have the extended staff and logistical planning to bring your concept to reality anywhere in the world.  

If you need startup management experience we are happy to help.  We have several qualified cow people who can assist you with your dairy management startup for as long as it takes for you to feel comfortable.  This can alleviate much of the risk associated with a large dairy project.
